SalesHive publishes the most cancellation-friendly terms of any agency we reviewed and no prices at all. This page covers what they do publish, what their thin independent review record can and cannot tell you, and what to establish before you start.
The Short Answer
SalesHive does not publish dollar figures anywhere on its site. Every tier says get a quote. What they do publish is the structure: one flat monthly fee covering the SDR team, a dedicated strategist, their platform, data, tooling, list building and management, with no setup fees and no long-term contract. They run month to month, ending at the close of your next billing month after written notice. They offer both a US-based and an offshore SDR track at different, unpublished rates. The Facts
| Question | What SalesHive Publishes |
|---|---|
| Pricing model | One flat monthly fee, stated to cover the SDR team, a dedicated strategist, their platform, data and tooling, list building and management. |
| Published price | None, for any tier. Annual plans are said to run at a lower monthly rate than month to month, without figures. |
| Minimum commitment | None. Published as month to month, with no setup fees. After outreach starts, written notice ends all outreach and billing at the close of your next billing month. |
| Channels | Calling, email and LinkedIn, run on a platform they built in-house. |
| Onshore or offshore | Both offered, as separate tracks at different unpublished rates. |
| Definition of a qualified meeting | Not published. Case studies report sales qualified opportunities and qualified meetings without stating the criteria for counting one. |
| Guarantee | No outcome guarantee. The published commitment is a process one: you meet the SDR team, review the playbook and approve all messaging before the first invoice is issued. |
| Reviews | Their Clutch profile carried one review, rated 0.5 out of 5, when read on 23 September 2026. We could not access their G2 profile in that session. |
On that review: one rating is a sample of one. It is not a pattern and should not be read as one, in either direction. It also means there is very little independent evidence available either way, which is itself worth knowing before you commit. Ask them for references you can call.
Credit Where Due
The Gap
Two things, and both matter before you commit even on month-to-month terms.
The price is the obvious one. There is no figure anywhere, for either the US or the offshore track, so there is no way to tell from their site whether you are in the right range before booking a call. That is normal in this market. It is still a gap.
The definition of a qualified meeting is the more important one. Their case studies report sales qualified opportunities as the unit and do not publish the criteria. Month-to-month terms reduce the cost of being wrong, but they do not settle what you are paying for each month. Get the definition in writing regardless of how easy the contract is to exit.
Finally, the thin review record cuts both ways. There is no body of independent feedback to reassure you and none to warn you. Ask for two or three references in your industry and actually call them.
The Comparison
| SalesHive | TektonScale | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | One flat monthly fee covering team, platform, data and tooling | Cold email priced per qualified meeting that shows up. Cold calling and multichannel on a monthly retainer |
| Published price | None | No. We give you a number on the call, after counting your market |
| Setup fee | None, published | Infrastructure passed through at cost with no markup |
| Minimum term | None. Month to month, published | No long-term contract on the retainer offers |
| Qualified meeting defined in writing | Not published | Agreed in writing before launch, and it is the basis of the invoice |
| Charged for a no-show | Not stated | No. A no-show is not a result |
| Approve messaging before it sends | Yes, before the first invoice | Yes, you approve strategy and copy before anything sends |
| Third-party reviews | One Clutch review | No G2 or Clutch profile |
| Published track record | Client case studies on their site | Four investment sales deals written up in full, plus $100M+ personally closed through cold outbound |
We are close on several of these. Both of us let you approve messaging before it sends, and neither locks you into a long term. Neither of us has a meaningful independent review record, so neither can point you at one.
The difference is what the monthly number is attached to. A flat fee bills the same whether or not a qualified decision-maker turns up. On cold email we bill when one does, against a definition agreed in advance.
FAQ
They publish no figures. Pricing is a flat monthly fee quoted per client, with separate unpublished rates for US-based and offshore SDR tracks. Annual plans are said to be cheaper per month than month to month, without stating either. Accessed 23 September 2026.
No, and they publish this clearly. They run month to month with no setup fees. Once outreach has started, written notice ends all outreach and billing at the close of your next billing month.
They publish clear terms, an in-house platform and client case studies. What is thin is independent evidence: their Clutch profile carried a single review when we read it on 23 September 2026, which is too small a sample to conclude anything in either direction. Ask for references in your industry and call them.
Their pricing page states one flat monthly fee covering the SDR team, a dedicated strategist, the platform, data and tooling, list building and management, with no separate setup charge.
Belkins publishes a from-$5,000 starting band with a 100-appointment annual guarantee. CIENCE publishes the most detailed rate card in this market. Martal Group publishes a three or four month pilot commitment and strong independent ratings. TektonScale prices cold email per qualified meeting that shows up.
How a qualified meeting is defined in writing, what the monthly fee actually is for both the US and offshore tracks, what the weekly report shows, who owns the domains and data if you leave, and for two or three references in your industry.

About

Matt Dittmeier
Founder, TektonScale
My name is Matt Dittmeier. I have personally closed over $100 million in investment sales strictly through cold outbound — no warm referrals, no inbound, no paid advertising. Just a dialed-in system, a targeted list, and a proven process.
I have run outbound teams at Marcus & Millichap, one of the largest commercial real estate investment brokerage firms in the country, and at TrueRate, a national investment sales platform focused on middle-market to institutional-level transactions under a 1B+ AUM sponsor.
Today, that same system books over 100 qualified meetings every month for one of New York City's top investment sales teams, through cold outbound alone — generating over $250M in annual aggregate sales volume. This is not a theory. It is a live, operating result.
