This policy describes what information TektonScale collects when you use tektonscale.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything here is unclear, ask us.
Information you give us. When you book a call, you submit your name, email address, and any notes you choose to add through our scheduling provider, Calendly. When you email us, we keep the correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the site. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build a profile of you.
What we do not collect. The site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party marketing pixels at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it takes effect.
To schedule and hold the call you booked, to reply to your enquiry, to operate and secure the website, and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you engage us for. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We rely on a small number of providers to run the site and the business: Calendly for scheduling, Vercel for hosting, and Google for fonts and email. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service to us, under its own privacy terms.
Booking and correspondence records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing matt@gotektonscale.com. We will respond within 30 days. You can decline to book a call or provide information at any time; the site works without it.
TektonScale runs outbound email and calling campaigns on behalf of clients. Those campaigns are governed by the client's own policies and by applicable law, including CAN-SPAM and telemarketing rules. If you received outreach from a campaign we operate and want to be removed, reply to that message or email us and we will add you to the relevant suppression list.
We may update this policy as the site or the business changes. The effective date at the top tells you when it was last revised. Questions go to matt@gotektonscale.com.
