These terms govern your use of tektonscale.com. Engagements with TektonScale for outbound services are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if the two conflict.
You may browse the site and book a call for your own business purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or republish the site's content, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
The site describes our services and includes figures drawn from our own work and from third-party research. Case study results are historical, specific to the markets and offers involved, and are not a promise of what any campaign will produce. Industry statistics are reported as published by their sources and may change.
Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or compliance advice. Descriptions of our operating controls are descriptions of process, not warranties of compliance with any particular law.
Booking a strategy call or market sizing creates no obligation on either side. We may decline to take on an engagement, and you are free to walk away at any point before a written agreement is signed.
The site, its copy, design, and the TektonScale name are ours. Third-party marks that appear on the site belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
