CIENCE publishes more of its pricing than any other outbound agency we looked at, which is genuinely unusual and genuinely useful. This page walks through what that rate card actually says, what it adds up to, what their reviews show, and the one term it still leaves open.
The Short Answer
CIENCE publishes a line-item rate card. As of 23 September 2026 it lists a one-time GTM system setup at $5,000, a strategic execution team at $2,000 a month, and a graph8 platform licence at $499 a month, with a stated first-month total of $7,499 all in. SDR capacity is a separate add-on priced per seat by seniority and location, listed from $1,500 a month for offshore level one up to $6,500 a month for a US level three, plus $1,000 one-time recruitment per SDR. A per-meeting fee is calculated from an agreed ROI goal, typically 4x, rather than as a flat rate. Confirm current figures on their site.

The Rate Card
This is the most transparent published pricing in the category, so it is worth reading properly rather than skimming. Figures below were read from their pricing page on 23 September 2026.
| Line item | Published figure |
|---|---|
| GTM system setup | $5,000 one-time, described as a five-day sprint |
| Strategic execution team | $2,000 a month |
| graph8 platform licence | $499 a month, including 75,000 monthly credits |
| Stated first month | $7,499 all in, with SDR capacity quoted separately |
| SDR seats, level 1 | Offshore $1,500, Europe $2,500, US $4,500 |
| SDR seats, level 2 | Offshore $2,500, Europe $3,500, US $5,500 |
| SDR seats, level 3 | Offshore $3,500, Europe $4,500, US $6,500 |
| SDR recruitment | $1,000 one-time per SDR |
| Per-meeting fee | Not a flat rate. Calculated from an agreed ROI goal, typically 4x, using their campaign calculator |
| Revenue system build add-ons | $1,000 for a three-week blueprint, $9,500 for a 60-day standard build, $25,000 for a 60-day deployed build |
Read that structure carefully before comparing it to anything else. The headline first month is $7,499 before a single SDR seat is added, and a US seat on top of that runs from $4,500 to $6,500 a month. A like-for-like comparison against a single all-in retainer elsewhere has to include the seats.
Credit Where Due
The Gap
CIENCE publishes more numbers than anyone else in this market and still does not publish the one definition that decides what you are paying for. There is no published standard for what counts as a qualified meeting in their delivery contracts. Their blog carries general educational definitions of MQL and SQL, which is a different thing from the criteria they apply when counting your meetings.
That gap matters more here than elsewhere, because part of the model is a per-meeting fee calculated from an ROI target. A fee tied to meetings is only as sound as the definition of a meeting.
Their independent review record is also the weakest of the four agencies we looked at: 3.7 out of 5 across 180 G2 reviews and 4.2 across 142 on Clutch, both read on 23 September 2026. Those are substantial review counts, so the ratings carry weight, and they sit below Belkins at 4.7 and 4.9 and Martal at 4.6 and 4.8. Read a spread of the reviews yourself rather than taking any summary, including this one, at face value.
The Comparison
| CIENCE | TektonScale | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Setup fee, plus monthly platform and team, plus per-seat SDRs, plus an ROI-derived per-meeting fee | Cold email priced per qualified meeting that shows up. Cold calling and multichannel on a monthly retainer |
| Published price | Yes, the most detailed in this market | No. We give you a number on the call, after counting your market |
| Cost before any meeting happens | $7,499 first month published, before SDR seats | Infrastructure at cost with no markup, and nothing else until a qualified meeting is held |
| Qualified meeting defined in writing | Not published | Agreed in writing before launch, and it is the basis of the invoice |
| Charged for a no-show | Not stated | No. A no-show is not a result |
| Third-party reviews | G2 3.7 (180), Clutch 4.2 (142) | No G2 or Clutch profile |
| Published track record | Client case studies on their site | Four investment sales deals written up in full, plus $100M+ personally closed through cold outbound |
| Own software platform | Yes, graph8 | No. We run a stack of specialist tools, listed on our site |
CIENCE beats us on transparency and on having a platform of their own. If you want to know the price before you talk to anyone, their page tells you and ours does not.
The difference worth weighing is what the money is attached to. Their published structure bills setup, platform and team whether or not a meeting happens. Ours bills cold email only when a qualified decision-maker turns up, against a definition agreed in advance.
FAQ
Their published rate card lists $5,000 one-time setup, $2,000 a month for the execution team and $499 a month for the graph8 platform, stated as $7,499 for the first month all in. SDR seats are extra, published from $1,500 to $6,500 a month depending on seniority and location. Accessed 23 September 2026.
They publish more pricing detail than anyone else in this market, which is worth something on its own. Weigh that against their independent ratings, which are the lowest of the four agencies we reviewed at 3.7 on G2 across 180 reviews and 4.2 on Clutch across 142. Read a range of those reviews before deciding.
Partly. Their pricing page describes a per-meeting fee calculated from an agreed ROI goal, typically 4x, rather than a flat rate per meeting. That sits on top of the setup fee, monthly platform and team fees, and any SDR seats.
CIENCE's own platform, licensed at a published $499 a month including 75,000 monthly credits. Building their own tooling rather than reselling someone else's is one of the things that distinguishes them in this market.
Belkins publishes a from-$5,000 starting band and guarantees 100 appointments a year. Martal Group publishes a three or four month pilot commitment. SalesHive publishes month-to-month terms with no setup fee. TektonScale prices cold email per qualified meeting that shows up.
How a qualified meeting is defined in writing, what the total monthly cost is once seats are included, what the minimum term is, what happens on a no-show, and who owns the domains and data if you leave.

About

Matt Dittmeier
Founder, TektonScale
My name is Matt Dittmeier. I have personally closed over $100 million in investment sales strictly through cold outbound — no warm referrals, no inbound, no paid advertising. Just a dialed-in system, a targeted list, and a proven process.
I have run outbound teams at Marcus & Millichap, one of the largest commercial real estate investment brokerage firms in the country, and at TrueRate, a national investment sales platform focused on middle-market to institutional-level transactions under a 1B+ AUM sponsor.
Today, that same system books over 100 qualified meetings every month for one of New York City's top investment sales teams, through cold outbound alone — generating over $250M in annual aggregate sales volume. This is not a theory. It is a live, operating result.
